Welcome to the last workout for Beginners: are you ready to Ignite Your Fenix? A new week, a new challenge! It’s time for the 4th QUICK WORKOUT for Beginner created for us by the Personal Trainer Salvino Meoa young certified PT from Italy, based in London, specialised in one-to-one bodyweight workouts and suspension training.

Before start any type of exercise, static and dynamic, remember to warm-up 10-12Min

Remember to perform every exercise with intensity for a safe and efficient workout.

This types of exercises involve almost every muscles of our body so stay focus on mind-muscle connection, which is the ability to focus the tension you create during exercise on a specific muscle or region of muscles in the body.

  • 8 exercises
  • 40 seconds of work
  • 25 seconds of rest
  • Repeat the cycle 3 times
  • 2 minute and 30 seconds of rest between rounds
  • TOTAL TIME: 31 minutes
