It’s time for the 4th QUICK WORKOUT for Beginner created for us by the Personal Trainer Salvino Meo, a young certified PT from Italy, based in London, specialised in one-to-one bodyweight workouts and suspension training.

Before start any type of exercise, static and dynamic, remember to warm-up 10-12Min
Remember to perform every exercise with intensity for a safe and efficient workout.
This types of exercises involve almost every muscles of our body so stay focus on mind-muscle connection, which is the ability to focus the tension you create during exercise on a specific muscle or region of muscles in the body.

- 40 seconds of work
- 25 seconds of rest
- Repeat the cycle 3 times
- 2 minute and 30 seconds of rest between rounds
- TOTAL TIME: 31 minutes
