Nicole Conradie is an Independent Distribution Partner from Cape Town, in South Africa. She started in ORGANO™ in October 2018 and just few months later she started climbing the ladder of success achieving the Sapphire qualification within one year from the enrolment date, then Ruby in August 2020 and Emerald in November 2020. She has resigned from her full time job and perusing the quest 100% to make ORGANO™ a household name.

Nicolehow did you plan to achieve the Emerald Qualification?

To be honest I did not focus on my own growth, I focussed on helping my team grow. Focussed on helping them be the best version of themselves they can be. Weekly training sessions and daily communication with my team allows us all to learn from each other and grow at the same time. By empowering others, it allows you to grow at the same time

What’s your business daily routine?

Show up every day. Show up for yourself, for your clients and most of all show up for your team! Motivate your team, be the leader that will lead them to reach their goals and dreams.

Be a product of the product, by using the products daily and sharing that with your clients and community it initiates a sense of trust.

How do you present the OG products to your retail customers?

Social Media is a great way of getting the message across. When my clients purchase products from me I ALWAYS include a sample of  a product that is not in the current order as that allows them to taste it and most of the time leads to another sale. 

How important are the retail customers in your business and how do you follow up?

Your retail customers are one of the most important parts of your business. Word of mouth is so important. Show your clients you are not just there to make a sale. Follow up and see how they are doing on the products and I they require a refill. We have the power of technology; it is easy to send a quick text message. Our clients also live busy lives and if you show interest in them by showing you are also a genuine person that will create a trust relationship that allows you to gain a loyal client that will return month after month.
