Reaching the Emerald Consultant rank in ORGANO is a significant achievement that reflects dedication, consistency and a clear vision of growth. It is not just a title, but the result of a journey built through learning, leadership and strong team collaboration.
As Györgyi shared:
“The most important thing for me is the alliance with my leaders, because the decisions were made together and we supported each other through the difficult moments.”
This spirit of cooperation has been central to her success.
Joining ORGANO in 2013, her 13-year journey has included both challenges and successes. Coming from a traditional corporate leadership background, she had to adapt to a new model based on mentorship, duplication and shared success rather than hierarchy. This shift shaped her leadership style into one focused on developing others and building through people.
A key element of her approach is creating a balanced structure of retail customers and distributors. Retail customers ensure product usage and stability, while distributors drive expansion and leadership development. Together, they form a sustainable ecosystem for long-term growth.

“The most important factor is the team. The sooner we understand their motivation, the easier it is to align the work so that, beyond individual success, the team’s business can grow.”
A cornerstone of her strategy is the ORGANO Star Achiever Program, which she has followed for 147 months. Through consistent product use, sharing and customer engagement, she built a stable system for retention and continuous feedback. Her philosophy is simple: “Long-term, stable business is achieved through the Star Achiever program.” This discipline and consistency also support duplication within the team.
She adds: “In today’s fast-paced, stimulus-heavy world, focus and perseverance are increasingly rare, while people still seek stability and security. The Star Achiever Program turns this challenge into strength by building consistency and discipline over time, helping us set an example while creating recognition and sustainable income.”
She also emphasizes the importance of using ORGANO tools: events, training, leadership call, and company communications as essential drivers of alignment, knowledge and growth.
Every milestone begins with intention.
The decision to reach Emerald guided focused planning, leadership consultation and consistent action. Challenges along the way were seen as part of the process, helping to strengthen resilience and refine strategy.
As she reflects: “We had to learn from our failures, draw conclusions and rebuild our strategy step by step.”
Györgyi’s achievement of Emerald Consultant reflects persistence, teamwork and vision. It demonstrates how structured systems, clear intention and consistent execution can make success both repeatable and sustainable.
Congratulations, Györgyi, on this outstanding milestone and your continued leadership journey.
