We had the pleasure of meeting Annamária Molnár Bánátiné – a Hungarian woman of great strength – in person during the recent Organo European event in Verona, Italy. In April of this year, Annamária achieved the prestigious Emerald rank, a significant milestone that speaks to her determination and commitment. We asked her a few questions to understand how she managed to achieve this extraordinary success.

Annamária, what was the most important factor in reaching the Emerald rank?
“Without a doubt, it was the constant support, inspiration, events, and training we receive from our leader and Blue Diamond, Szilveszter Gyulai. Furthermore, the event in Verona was incredibly inspiring; being able to meet company representatives in person there was truly a turning point for me.”
What do you feel you have learned during your journey with the company?
“The greatest lesson has certainly been about personal development: learning how to approach people, maintaining a positive attitude, and finding a valuable lesson for my own growth in every situation.”
How has your team contributed to your success, and how do you support or inspire them?
“Reaching any rank is always a team effort. Achieving Emerald status requires a strong, sizable team. Success belongs to the team, not the individual. I am deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to this achievement – even if it was just by purchasing a single box of coffee. A special thank you goes to Szilveszter; without his support and guidance, this result would not have been possible. Support and inspiration come through events, coffee gatherings, one-on-one meetings, and Zoom training sessions.”
What advice would you give to those who dream of reaching this same milestone?
“My advice is to place your full trust in your leader: they will be a constant guide, accompanying and supporting you at every step of the way. And always remember that everything outlined in the compensation plan and everything communicated about our products is absolutely true – without exception, word for word.”
