Special interview with Jacky Bourreau, ORGANO’s Independent Distribution partner from France. He met ORGAN0™ in 2013 and since then he never missed the opportunity to taste and make someone know about these fantastic products.

What did you do before working with Organo?
First of all, I want to express my gratitude towards Organo that I was lucky enough to get to know over 6 years ago. I will always remember the date, it was March 13, 2013. I was the head of a small agricultural site of 22.5 ha including 4.5 ha of vines. And on top of that I was a nursery worker 3 days a week. I was very busy and I didn’t see myself doing this activity in addition to my work. And I was told it was network marketing company. I didn’t know anything about it and I’m not yet an expert. And when I was told it was a team work then I tried to understand. I had of course seen that the products were great and above all they were simple. And I’m not a person who likes complicated things (Laughs).
What is the reason you are STAR ACHIEVER for 6 years?
I believe the reason why I have been a Star Achiever for over 6 years now is simple. And if I am, anyone can be. I think this is certainly due to the fact that I have talked to a lot of people about the great Organo products enriched with Ganoderma. I surely distributed more sachets and now instead of sowing wheat, corn or sunflower I spread samples of coffee, tea or chocolate and this is the result. (LoL). I realised that it was necessary give in order to receive. It is an investment that must be made at the start. A given sample leads to a lifetime of sales afterwards. So even if there are some who don’t give anything back, it’s part of the game and it’s normal. And there is no need to convince people. They have all the information regarding Ganoderma on the internet. It’s the Ganoderma that gets the job done. People consume and see the effects they have on them. And all the customers that I have had for over 6 years will now not take anything else in the world other than coffee or tea or other drinks than those of Organo which must be reminded has the best Ganoderma in the world!
How did you do it? How did you build your business?
I believe that to be successful you have to be silly and disciplined. You have to be coachable and want to learn. You have to do things simply. One very important thing is to have the vision that we have the most consumed drink in the world after water, that people do not have to change their habits in order to feel better and that everyone can order themselves on the internet to have the products cheaper. I understood that you just had to inform people and that there are two opportunities with Organo; An opportunity for physical well-being and an opportunity for financial well-being. So I was told to invite people I knew who drank coffee, tea, chocolate to a free tasting. For that I just had to draw up a list of names and make invitations as they should be made. I invited around forty people to the house for a Coffee Mixer (CJM) as they are called. Inevitably people liked the products and all wanted to leave with boxes under their arms…
And this is where the construction of the business begins. Indeed, some are interested in doing the same thing because they are nice meetings and what could be more beautiful than to introduce the Ganoderma of Organo (the best in the world) to people that we personally know or not. So I can’t stop giving information to everyone I meet on my way. Obviously with such a business in my hands, I do everything to open conversations and be able to give the gift of a sample that can lead to a sale. Regardless, I understood that we cannot sell to 100% of the people we meet. It would be too easy. And yet it’s easy, it’s simple, it’s coffee.
What are your three tips for success?
The first advice that I will give is to BELIEVE, believe in its success and even if it is a little paradoxical, it is not necessary to do the activity for the money but for the products and the money will inevitably come next because we live the product from the inside, it comes from the heart and you have to want to help others. Organo is an extraordinary business opportunity! You have to be enthusiastic and with Ganoderma we naturally are.
The second advice is that if we have a vision, we must keep it in mind and never give up. If we have dreams, we must keep them in mind despite all the obstacles. PERSEVERANCE is a key word for success. A winner never gives up! And a loser finds excuses.
The third advice is that you have to give information to as many people as possible so they can discover all the benefits of Ganoderma! And for all those who want to change their lives, whether it is physically or financially, anything is possible and Organo is the solution! It’s easy, it’s simple it’s coffee! So success is open to everyone who sees the opportunity and seizes it…
Where do you see your future at Organo?
Since the first day I have always had the same goal in my mind and no matter how long it takes, I want to reach it. One day I want to be at the diamond’s table with my dreams in mind, so I made the decision to stop my previous activity and to travel and help more people like me. I have reached my first goal which is to be free and freedom is priceless. I will do everything to develop the business in France because I am sure that there is a big potential in our Country and even if there are many company of Network Marketing, I personally think that none has the potential that Organo has offers us. We have a simple product and even without developing it on a large scale, everyone today can at least consume their favourite hot drinks for free and why not make a little extra income. Even if it just 100, 200 or 300 € it can still somehow improve your daily life… Everyone can make their choice. I made mine… My life is no longer the same. Without Organo, I would probably never have been to Los ANGELES or Mexico to Playa Del Carmen (Stay offered by Organo). I probably would not have been in Rome (twice), Verona, Milan…

Cosa faceva prima di lavorare con Organo?
Innanzi tutto, voglio esprimere la mia gratitudine per Organo, sono stato fortunato di conoscere l’azienda più di 6 anni fa. Ricorderò sempre la data, era il 13 marzo 2013. Ero a capo di un piccolo sito agricolo di 22,5 ettari di cui 4,5 ettari di viti. E per di più, lavoravo in un asilo nido 3 giorni alla settimana. Ero molto occupato e non mi vedevo fare questa attività oltre al mio lavoro. Mi fu detto che era una società di network marketing. Non ne sapevo nulla e ancora non sono un esperto. Quando mi è stato detto che era un lavoro di gruppo, ho cercato di capire. Ovviamente avevo visto che i prodotti erano fantastici e soprattutto erano semplici. E non sono una persona a cui piacciono le cose complicate (ride).
Qual è il motivo per cui lei e’ STAR ACHIEVER da 6 anni?
Credo che il motivo per cui sono stato Star Achiever per oltre 6 anni ormai sia semplice. E se lo sono io, chiunque può esserlo. Penso che ciò sia certamente dovuto al fatto che ho parlato con molte persone dei grandi prodotti arricchiti con Ganoderma di Organo. Ho sicuramente distribuito più bustine e ora invece di seminare grano, mais o girasole ho sparso campioni di caffè, tè o cioccolato e questo è il risultato. (LOL). Mi sono reso conto che era necessario dare per ricevere. È un investimento che deve essere fatto all’inizio. Un campione dato porta a delle vendite successive. Quindi, anche se ci sono alcuni che non restituiscono nulla, fa parte del gioco ed è normale. E non è necessario convincere le persone. Hanno tutte le informazioni riguardo al Ganoderma su Internet. È il Ganoderma che fa il lavoro. Le persone consumano e vedono gli effetti su di loro. E tutti i clienti che ho avuto da oltre 6 anni non prenderanno nient’altro al mondo oltre al caffè o al tè o ad altre bevande oltre a quelli di Organo che devo ricordare, ha il miglior Ganoderma al mondo!
Come hai fatto? Come hai costruito la tua attività?
Credo che per avere successo devi essere sciocco e disciplinato. Devi essere accattivante e devi voler imparare. Devi fare le cose semplici. Una cosa molto importante è avere la visione che abbiamo per le mani la bevanda più consumata al mondo dopo l’acqua, che le persone non devono cambiare le loro abitudini per sentirsi meglio e che tutti possono ordinare su Internet per avere i prodotti più economici. Ho capito che devi solo informare le persone e che ci sono due opportunità con Organo; Una per il benessere fisico e una per il benessere finanziario. Quindi mi è stato detto di invitare persone che conoscevo che bevono caffè, tè, cioccolato per una degustazione gratuita. Ho dovuto solo stilare un elenco di nomi e invitarli. Ho invitato una quarantina di persone a casa per un ORGANO™ Coffee Mixer. Inevitabilmente alla gente sono piaciuti i prodotti e tutti volevano andarsene con alcune scatole sotto braccio…
Ed è qui che inizia la costruzione dell’azienda. In effetti, alcuni sono interessati a fare la stessa cosa perché sono incontri piacevoli e cosa potrebbe esserci di più bello che presentare il Ganoderma di Organo (il migliore al mondo) a persone che conosciamo o meno personalmente. Quindi non posso smettere di fornire informazioni a tutti quelli che incontro per strada. Ovviamente con un business simile tra le mie mani, faccio di tutto per aprire conversazioni ed essere in grado di dare donare un campione che può portare a una vendita. Indipendentemente da ciò, ho capito che non possiamo vendere al 100% delle persone che incontriamo. Sarebbe troppo facile Eppure è facile, è semplice, è caffè.
Quali sono i tuoi tre consigli per il successo?
Il primo consiglio che darò è di CREDERE, credere nel tuo successo e anche se è un po “paradossale”, non è necessario fare l’attività per i soldi ma per i prodotti e i soldi arriveranno inevitabilmente perché viviamo il prodotto dall’interno, viene dal cuore e devi voler aiutare gli altri. Organo è una straordinaria opportunità commerciale! Devi essere entusiasta e con il Ganoderma lo siamo naturalmente.
Il secondo consiglio è che se abbiamo una visione, dobbiamo tenerla a mente e non mollare mai. Se abbiamo dei sogni, dobbiamo tenerli a mente nonostante tutti gli ostacoli. PERSEVERANZA è una parola chiave per il successo. Un vincitore non si arrende mai! E un perdente trova delle scuse.
Il terzo consiglio è che devi fornire informazioni a quante più persone possibile in modo che possano scoprire tutti i vantaggi di Ganoderma! E per tutti coloro che vogliono cambiare la propria vita, sia fisicamente che finanziariamente, tutto è possibile e Organo è la soluzione! È facile, è semplice, è il caffè! Quindi il successo è aperto a tutti coloro che vedono l’opportunità e la afferrano …
Dove vedi il tuo futuro con Organo?
Fin dal primo giorno ho sempre avuto lo stesso obiettivo nella mia mente e non importa quanto tempo ci vorrà, voglio raggiungerlo. Un giorno voglio essere al tavolo dei Diamanti, così ho preso la decisione di interrompere la mia attività precedente e di viaggiare e aiutare più persone come me. Ho raggiunto il mio primo obiettivo: essere libero e la libertà non ha prezzo. Farò di tutto per sviluppare il business in Francia perché sono sicuro che ci sia un grande potenziale nel nostro Paese e anche se ci sono molte società di Network Marketing, penso personalmente che nessuno abbia il potenziale che Organo ci offre. Abbiamo un prodotto semplice e anche senza svilupparlo su larga scala, oggi tutti possono almeno consumare le loro bevande calde preferite gratuitamente e perché no, avere un piccolo reddito extra. Anche se solo 100, 200 o 300 € può comunque in qualche modo migliorare la tua vita quotidiana… Ognuno può fare la propria scelta. Io ho fatto la mia… La mia vita non è più la stessa. Senza Organo, probabilmente non sarei mai stato a Los Angeles o in Messico a Playa Del Carmen (Soggiorno offerto da Organo). Probabilmente non sarei stato a Roma (due volte), Verona, Milano…

Que faisiez-vous avant de travailler avec Organo ?
Tout d’abord, je tiens à exprimer toute ma gratitude pour Organo que j’ai eu la chance de connaître il y a plus de 6 ans en arrière. Je me souviendrais toujours de la date, c’était le 13 mars 2013. J’étais à la tête d’une petite exploitation agricole de 22,5 Ha dont 4,5 Ha de vigne. Et en plus de cela j’étais ouvrier pépiniériste 3 jours/semaines. J’étais bien occupé et je ne me voyais pas faire cette activité en plus de mon travail. Et on m’a dit que c’était du marketing de réseau. Je n’y connaissais rien dans ce domaine et je ne suis pas encore un expert. Et lorsque l’on m’a dit que c’était un travail d’équipe alors là, j’ai cherché à comprendre. J’avais bien sûr vu que les produits étaient formidables et ils étaient simple surtout. Et moi je n’aime pas les choses compliquées (Rires).
Quelle est la raison pour laquelle vous êtes STAR ACHIEVER pendant 6ans ?
Je crois que la raison pour laquelle je suis Star Achiever depuis plus de 6 ans maintenant est simple. Et si moi je le suis, tout le monde peut l’être. Je crois que c’est certainement dû au fait que j’ai parlé à plus de personnes que d’autres des supers produits Organo enrichit au ganoderma. J’ai sûrement distribué plus de sachets et maintenant au lieu de semer du blé, du maïs ou du tournesol je sème des échantillons de café, thé ou chocolat et voilà le résultat.(Rires).Je me suis rendu compte qu’il fallait donner pour recevoir en retour. C’est un investissement qu’il faut faire au départ. Un échantillon donné occasionne des ventes à vie ensuite. Alors même s’il y en a qui ne donnent rien en retour cela fait partie du jeu et c’est normal. Et pas besoin de convaincre les gens. Ils ont toutes les informations du ganoderma sur internet. C’est le ganoderma qui fait le travail. Les gens consomment et voient les effets qu’ils ont sur eux. Et tous les clients que j’ai depuis plus de 6 ans maintenant ne prendront pour rien au monde un autre café ou thé ou autres boissons que celles d’Organo qui doit-on le rappeler a le meilleur Ganoderma au monde !
Comment avez-vous réussi ? Comment avez-vous construit votre entreprise ?
Je crois que pour réussir il faut être bête et discipliné. Il faut être coachable et avoir envie d’apprendre. Il faut faire les choses simplement. Une chose très importante, c’est d’avoir la vision que nous avons la boisson la plus consommée au monde après l’eau, que les gens n’ont pas à changer leurs habitudes pour se sentir en meilleure forme et que tout le monde peut commander lui même sur internet pour avoir les produits moins chers. J’ai compris qu’il fallait simplement informer les gens et qu’il y a deux opportunités avec Organo ; Une opportunité de bien-être physique et une opportunité de bien -être financier. On m’a donc dit d’inviter les personnes que je connaissais qui buvaient du café, du thé, du chocolat à une dégustation gratuite. Pour cela il m’a suffit de dresser une liste de noms et faire des invitations comme elles doivent être faites. J’ai invité une quarantaine de personnes à la maison pour des Cafés Jazz Maison (CJM) comme on les appelle. Forcément que les gens ont aimé les produits et ont tous envies de repartir avec des boîtes sous les bras…
Et c’est là que commence la construction de l’entreprise. En effet, certain sont intéressés pour faire la même chose car ce sont des réunions sympathiques et quoi de plus beau que de faire connaître le ganoderma d’Organo (le meilleur au monde) à des personnes que l’on connaît ou pas d’ailleurs. Je ne peux donc plus m’empêcher de donner l’information à toutes les personnes que je croise sur mon chemin. Bien évidemment avec un tel business entre les mains je fais tout pour ouvrir des conversations et pouvoir faire le cadeau d’un échantillon qui peut déboucher sur une vente ou pas après ? Peu importe, j’ai compris que nous ne pouvons pas vendre à 100 % des personnes rencontrées. Ce serait trop facile. Et pourtant c’est facile, c’est simple, c’est du café.
Quels sont vos trois conseils pour réussir ?
Le premier conseil que je donnerai est de CROIRE, croire en sa réussite et même si c’est un peu paradoxale, il ne faut pas faire l’activité pour l’argent mais pour les produits et l’argent va forcément venir ensuite car nous vivons le produit de l’intérieur, ça sort du cœur et il faut avoir envie d’aider les autres. Organo est une opportunité d’affaires hors norme ! Il faut être enthousiaste et avec le ganoderma nous le sommes naturellement.
Le deuxième conseil est que si nous avons la vision, il faut bien la garder en tête et ne jamais abandonner. Si nous avons des rêves, il faut bien les garder en tête malgré tous les obstacles. PERSEVERANCE est un mot clé du succès. Un gagnant n’abandonne jamais ! Et un perdant trouve des excuses.
Le troisième conseil est qu’il faut donner l’information à un maximum de personnes afin qu’un maximum puisse découvrir tous les bienfaits du ganoderma ! Et pour tous ceux qui veulent changer leur vie, que ce soit physiquement ou financièrement, tout est possible et Organo est la solution ! C’est facile, c’est simple c’est du café ! Alors le succès est ouvert à toutes les personnes qui voient l’opportunité et la saisisse…
Où voyez-vous votre avenir à Organo ?
Depuis le premier jour j’ai toujours le même objectif et peu importe le temps qu’il me faudra, le tout est d’atteindre ses objectifs. Je veux un jour être à la table des diamants en ayant bien gardé mes rêves en tête, j’ai donc pris la décision de cesser toutes activités agricoles pour voyager et aider encore plus de personnes à faire comme moi. J’ai atteint mon premier objectif qui est d’être libre et la liberté ça n’a pas de prix. Je vais tout faire pour développer la France car je suis certain qu’il y a un gros potentiel dans notre Pays et même s’il existe de nombreuses Cie de Marketing de réseau, je pense personnellement qu’aucune n’a le potentiel qu’Organo nous offre. Nous avons un produit simple et même sans développer à grande échelle, tout le monde actuellement peut au moins consommer ses boissons chaudes favorites gratuitement et pourquoi pas faire un petit complément de revenu. Ne serait-ce que 100, 200 ou 300€ peut quelque peut améliorer le quotidien…A chacun son choix. Moi j’ai fait le mien… Ma vie n’est plus du tout la même. Sans Organo, je ne serai sans doute jamais allé à Los ANGELES ou encore au Mexique à Playa Del Carmen (Séjour offert par Organo). Je n’aurai sans doute pas été non plus à Rome (2 fois), Verrone, Milan…
