OGXFenix™ QUICK WORKOUT special designed for YOU!
Fitness is an important part of our journey since it gives us the strength and tone to endure and perform every task. That’s why at ORGANO™ we thought to offer you these QUICK WORKOUTS specifically created for us by the Personal Trainer Salvino Meo, a young certified PT from Italy, based in London, specialised in one-to-one bodyweight workouts and suspension training.
The videos are divided in a series of 12 quick workout videos, focused on bodyweight training, easily to perform at home or outdoors, without the need for any special equipment.
We will publish the videos once a week for 12 weeks and they will be divided into 3 levels (4 workouts per level):
- BEGINNER
- INTERMEDIATE
- ADVANCE
Today we present you the 1st QUICK WORKOUT for Beginner, perfect to start after the holidays, the first step to go back to the best version of yourself!

Before start any type of exercise, static and dynamic, remember to warm-up 10-12Min
Remember to perform every exercise with intensity for a safe and efficient workout.
This types of exercises involve almost every muscles of our body so stay focus on mind-muscle connection, which is the ability to focus the tension you create during exercise on a specific muscle or region of muscles in the body.
- 8 exercises
- 40 seconds of work
- 25 seconds of rest
- Repeat the cycle 3 times
- 2 minute and 30 seconds of rest between rounds
- TOTAL TIME: 31 minutes
