Éva Kalugyer is 61 years old and lives in the suburbs of Budapest. Known for her enthusiasm for life, she brings energy, curiosity and a positive outlook into everything she does. Her two daughters live in Vienna and Frankfurt with their families and she is a proud grandmother of three grandchildren. Family remains her strongest anchor and a constant source of joy and meaning.
She leads an active and balanced lifestyle, enjoying travel, discovering new places and spending time at Lake Balaton, where sailing is one of her favourite activities. She values staying curious, engaged and connected to the world around her, always seeking new experiences and meaningful moments.
Éva graduated from the BSc Nursing programme at Semmelweis University and dedicated 40 years to internal medicine, including 12 years as a head nurse. Throughout her career, she continuously developed her professional skills, contributed to training programmes for specialist nurses and participated in educational initiatives for children. Her work has always been guided by a strong commitment to supporting others.

A New Direction in Her Professional Journey
After retirement, she entered a new phase of life that allowed her to focus more on personal development, enjoy greater flexibility and spend more time with her family. During this period, she was introduced to Organo’s products through social media and became interested in the brand’s philosophy, seeing it as an opportunity to stay active, learn and explore something new.
She joined Organo two and a half years ago. Initially, the products were mainly used within her family and gradually became part of their daily routine. As people around her noticed her enthusiasm, she began sharing her experience more naturally. Although she had limited experience in sales, she embraced this new path with openness and curiosity, supported by mentors and continuous learning.
Her approach is based on consistency, openness, and continuous growth. She values authenticity, patience, and learning from experience, as well as guidance from more experienced mentors.
Today, Éva remains focused on staying active, connected, and engaged in meaningful activities, while continuing to grow personally and embrace new opportunities.
