What did you do before working with OG?
Before working with OG, I was a professional football player for 18 years and in the meantime I studied kinesiology, graduating in the 1995. Then I had a tobacco shop for 10 years and then a coffee shop. Marta instead graduated in psychology and then worked in Vodafone for 17 years.
ITA: Prima di lavorare con OG, sono stato un calciatore professionista per 18 anni e nel frattempo ho studiato scienze motorie laureandomi nel ‘ 95. Successivamente ho aperto una Tabaccheria dove ho lavorato per 10 anni e successivamente un bar. Marta invece si è laureata in psicologia e poi ha lavorato in Vodafone per 17 anni.
How did you achieve your success? How did you build your business?
Our goals have been achieved thanks to a strong and constant perseverance, following the dictates of the Company: always present at events, weekly OGMixers, at least 2 contacts or samples per day and never give up! It is important to set an example and always be at the forefront so that others can be inspired by your behavior.
Creating a contagious enthusiasm is as simple as loving, knowing and using our products that are unique and inimitable.
ITA: I nostri obiettivi sono stati raggiunti grazie ad una forte e costante perseveranza, seguendo i dettami della Compagnia: sempre presenti agli eventi, OGMixers settimanali, almeno 2 contatti o samples al giorno, senza mollare mai! E’ importante dare l’esempio ed essere sempre in prima linea affinché altri possano essere ispirati dal tuo comportamento.
Creare un entusiasmo contagioso è semplice come amare, conoscere e usare i nostri prodotti che sono unici ed inimitabili.
What are your 3 top tips for success?
It is important to train constantly by reading books and listening audio, attending training sessions and working with the team in a constant support, but above all it is important to visualize and dream big, every day an extra step towards success.
ITA: E’ importante formarsi costantemente leggendo libri e ascoltando audio, frequentando i training e lavorando con la squadra con costante supporto, ma soprattutto è importante visualizzare e sognare in grande, ogni giorno un passo in più verso il successo.
Where do you see your future in OG?
We are sure that ours, with Organo, will be a very long love story and we will reach the top until we become “CROWN AMBASSADORS”.
