Barbara Kuti from Hungary continues to build an impressive journey within her professional network, following a strong progression that has already caught attention. After achieving the Sapphire Consultant rank last year, she has now advanced further to the Ruby Consultant rank, marking another important milestone in her development.
We met her during the last ORGANO event in Italy in 2026 and asked her how she achieved those impressive results.
Barbara explained that her involvement originally began after she was introduced to Spore Capsules. This experience became a turning point for her and also led her to introduce the products to family members, friends and cosmetic clients who shared positive personal experiences.
According to Barbara, one of the key driving forces behind her progress to Ruby has been the support she received from both customers and her leadership team. She emphasized the importance of having strong communication and inspiring leaders around her:
“We have fantastic leaders who communicate extremely well, inspire us and help build us up.”
However, her journey has not been without challenges. Barbara openly highlighted that one of her biggest difficulties was stepping into the role of mentoring her own team, something she had no previous experience in. Instead of avoiding this challenge, she chose to grow into it by asking for support directly from her team members.
“The biggest challenge for me was mentoring my team, as I had no previous experience in this area. However, I asked them to help me become a better mentor, by talking to me more, asking questions and thinking together with me.”
This openness to learning and collaboration has become a central part of her leadership style. She also shared that she relies on a group of four leaders who support and inspire her whenever she faces challenges, helping her stay motivated and focused.
Looking ahead, Barbara is clearly not slowing down. She describes herself as someone who continues to grow by attracting like-minded people into her team individuals who value development and progress just as she does. Personal growth remains a strong motivation in her journey.
Her future vision is ambitious but steady. Barbara expressed her intention to explore the Emerald Consultant level next, before continuing further toward Diamond rank, aligning herself with what she describes as a strong and united Hungarian team.
Barbara Kuti’s story so far reflects a clear pattern of growth: from building confidence at Sapphire, to stepping into leadership at Ruby and now preparing for the next stage of expansion. Her journey suggests that her development is far from finished and the next chapters may bring even greater achievements as she continues forward.
