How long have you been working with ORGANO™?
I worked for 12 years as a professional model until I decided to dedicate my time to my four children and also for health reasons. When I left my partner I was looking for the opportunity to work from home to take care of the family, I tried different MLM companies, none of them satisfied me and so I lost all my dreams. Forced to sell my house I started a new business, a beauty centre for four years. Even if I was doing quite well financially, I felt that I did not have a quality life and no time for my family, who I love so much.
One day a friend came to my centre and made me try ORGANO™ Mocha. Although I was not interested in the business, I loved the product and started recommending it to my clients. Without realizing it, I had started the business and had the strength to follow my dreams again.
What is the reason of you being STAR ACHIEVER during these years?
ORGANO™ mission is to bring the treasures of the earth to the people of the world and for me, being a Star Achievers means helping and recommending the treasure that is our product to acquaintances, relatives and people. I have a lot of experience in sales to the public and for this reason I know how to take and recommend the product to those who really care.
In addition, what encourages me to continue the program is also the recognition that the Company gives to its Independent Distribution Partners and I like to encourage my team to do the same by teaching them to make contacts and sponsor new clients in ORGANO™.
How did you do it? How did you build your business?
When I started using ORGANO™ products, I immediately had good results: I felt and looked better. People noticed it and asked me why the change, I simply recommended the product and there I started to build my business. Mine was not a simple path since the more I began to have the willing of realizing my dreams through this business, the more difficulty I had in connecting with people since I am deaf and I had many barriers. In addition, an obstacle was represented by time, since I continued to work in my beauty centre and this did not help me to grow.
What helped me break all my barriers and obstacles were my great whys: my children and my dream of creating a foundation dedicated to children without resources.
I started working part-time with my employee. I started going out and talking to people so I could connect better and I started building the business with my deaf team. It was a moment in which I made a lot of efforts and sacrifices, but in the end it was worth it: I signed on March 12, 2012 and managed to qualify as a Sapphire on January 30, 2013. Although it can represent a long time to most, I assure you that for me as a deaf person has gone quickly. I had to fight all my obstacles without understanding anything, I could not participate to leaders’ call or online meeting, I could only read the documents one by one, read the Napoleon Hill book and others who, explaining failures and successes, helped me to grow, to be successful and helped my personal growth.
Since 2012 there have been many ups and downs, but I never gave up because ORGANO™ is my business and I want to finish what I started. I love the products and my profession is to help millions of people to change their lives and to be happy.
What are your three tips for success?
-The attitude:
The positive attitude is important because it is brave: Not to let yourself be carried away by the bad news and the possible obstacles on the way it is the first step. It does not matter if our situation is difficult if we have the attitude of wanting and being able to change it.
-Follow up:
In order to be permanently successful it is very important to follow up, we must focus on training, meetings with Distribution partners, teaching how to be a leader, customer service, etc … Pamper them all.
-Break obstacles:
In order to be a Diamond you have to break all the difficulties, fear and shame and leave the bad influences, even if they have good intentions.
Destiny is yours and you can create your own story. Do it with fear, shame and awe of receiving a No, it helps you learn and you improve yourself.
Where do you see your future at ORGANO™?
I signed on March 12, 2012 to go all the way up to the rank of Crown Ambassador. It does not matter going slow, this is the path I want to take with ORGANO™ until I have reached my goals and if I will find obstacles in my way, I will continue breaking them like a good champion who never give up.

Da quanto tempo lavori con ORGANO™?
Ho lavorato per 12 anni come modella fino a quando ho deciso di lasciare per dedicare tempo ai miei quattro figli ed anche per motivi di salute. Quando ho lasciato il mio partner, stavo cercando l’opportunità di lavorare da casa per prendermi cura della famiglia, ho provato diverse aziende di MLM, nessuna di loro mi ha dato soddisfazione e quindi ho perso tutti i miei sogni. Costretta a vendere la mia casa, ho avviato una nuova attività, un centro di bellezza per quattro anni. Anche se stava andando bene finanziariamente, sentivo che non avevo la qualità di vita che volevo e non avevo tempo per la mia famiglia, che amo così tanto.
Un giorno un amico venne nel mio centro e mi fece provare il Caffè Moca di ORGANO™. Anche se non ero interessata al business, ho adorato il prodotto e ho iniziato a consigliarlo ai miei clienti. Senza accorgermene, avevo avviato l’attività e sentivo di avere di nuovo la forza di seguire i miei sogni.
Qual è la ragione per cui sei stata STAR ACHIEVER in questi anni?
La missione di ORGANO™ è quella di portare i tesori della terra ai popoli del mondo e per me essere Star Achievers significa aiutare e consigliare il tesoro che è il nostro prodotto a conoscenti, parenti e persone. Ho molta esperienza nella vendita al pubblico e per questo motivo so come prendere e raccomandare il prodotto a chi ci tiene davvero.
Inoltre, ciò che mi incoraggia a continuare il programma è anche il riconoscimento che l’Azienda dà ai suoi Incaricati partner indipendenti e mi piace incoraggiare il mio team a fare lo stesso insegnando loro a stabilire contatti e sponsorizzare nuovi clienti in ORGANO™.
Come hai fatto? Come hai costruito la tua attività?
Quando ho iniziato a utilizzare i prodotti ORGANO™, ho avuto quasi immediatamente dei buoni risultati: mi sono sentita e vista meglio. La gente lo notava e mi chiedeva il perché del cambiamento, io semplicemente consigliavo il prodotto e lì ho iniziato a costruire la mia attività. Il mio non è stato un percorso semplice poiché più iniziavo ad avere voglia di realizzare i miei sogni attraverso questo business, più avevo difficoltà a relazionarmi con le persone visto che sono sorda e ho per questo motivo molte barriere. Inoltre, il tempo rappresentava un ostacolo, poiché continuavo a lavorare nel mio centro di bellezza e questo non mi aiutava a crescere.
Ciò che mi ha aiutato a rompere tutte le mie barriere e ostacoli sono stati i miei grandi perché: i miei figli e il mio sogno di creare una fondazione dedicata ai bambini senza risorse.
Ho iniziato a lavorare part-time con la mia dipendente. Ho iniziato a uscire e parlare da persona a persona per potermi relazionare meglio e ho iniziato a costruire gli la mia squadra di non udenti. È stato un momento in cui ho fatto molti sforzi e sacrifici, ma alla fine ne è valsa la pena: ho firmato il 12 marzo 2012 e sono riuscita a qualificarmi come Zaffiro il 30 gennaio 2013. Anche se può rappresentare un lungo periodo per la maggior parte delle persone, vi assicuro che per essere sorda sono stata molto veloce. Ho dovuto abbattere tutti i miei ostacoli, senza capire nulla visto che non potevo partecipare alle chiamate dei leader o a meeting online, potevo solo leggere i documenti uno per uno, leggere il libro di Napoleon Hill e altri che, spiegando fallimenti e successi, mi aiutavano a crescere, ad avere successo e alla mia crescita personale.
Dal 2012 ci sono stati molti alti e bassi, ma non mi sono mai arresa perché ORGANO™ è la mia attività e voglio finire quello che ho iniziato. Amo i prodotti e la mia professione è aiutare milioni di persone a cambiare vita e ad essere felici.
Quali sono i tuoi tre consigli per il successo?
-L’attitudine:
L’atteggiamento positivo è importante ed è coraggioso: non lasciarsi trasportare dalle cattive notizie e dai possibili ostacoli sulla propria strada è il primo passo. Non importa se la nostra situazione è difficile se abbiamo l’atteggiamento di volere e di essere in grado di cambiarla.
-Follow up:
Per avere successo in modo permanente è molto importante dare seguito, dobbiamo concentrarci sulla formazione, sugli incontri con gli Incaricati partner, sull’insegnamento di come essere leader, sul servizio clienti, ecc … Coccolarli tutti.
-Rompere gli ostacoli:
Per essere un Diamante devi spazzare via tutte le difficoltà, la paura e la vergogna e lasciare le cattive influenze, anche se hanno buone intenzioni.
Il destino è tuo e tu puoi creare la tua storia. Fallo con paura, vergogna e timore reverenziale di ricevere un No, ti aiuta a imparare e a migliorare te stesso.
Dove vedi il tuo futuro in ORGANO ™?
Mi sono iscritta il 12 marzo 2012 per arrivare alla qualifica di Ambasciatore Corona. Non importa andare piano, questo è il percorso che voglio intraprendere con ORGANO™ e seppur troverò ostacoli sul mio cammino, fino a quando non avrò raggiunto i miei obiettivi non mi darò per vinta, come un buon campione che non si arrende mai.

¿Qué hiciste antes de trabajar con ORGANO™?
Trabaje por 12 años como modelo hasta que un día lo deje por dedicarme a mis cuatro hijos y también por motivos de salud. Cuando lo deje con mi pareja buscaba la oportunidad de trabajar desde casa para ocuparme de la familia, probé diferente compañías de MLM, ninguna me daba satisfacción y así perdí todos mis sueños. Obligada a vender mi casa inicié un nuevo negocio, un centro de belleza por cuatro años. Económicamente estaba bien pero sentía de no tener calidad de vida y tiempo para mi familia, que amo tanto.
Un día un amigo vino a mi centro y me hizo probar el Mocha de ORGANO™. Aunque no estaba interesada en el negocio me encantó el producto y empecé a recomendarlo a mis clientes. Sin darme cuenta había empezado el negocio y volvía a tener la fuerza para seguir mis sueños.
¿Cuál es la razón por la que eres STAR ACHIEVER durante de estos años?
La misión de ORGANO™ es llevar los tesoros de la tierra a la gente del mundo y para mí, ser Star Achievers, significa ayudar y recomendar a conocidos, familiares y personas el tesoro que es nuestro producto. Tengo mucha experiencia en ventas al público y por esta razón sé cómo llevar y recomendar el producto a quien realmente interesa.
Además lo que me anima a seguir el programa es también el reconocimiento que la Compañía hace a sus Distribuidores Partner Independientes y me gusta incitar a mi equipo a hacer lo mismo enseñándole a hacer contactos y a patrocinar nuevos clientes en ORGANO™.
¿Cómo lo hiciste? ¿Cómo construiste tu negocio?
Cuando empecé a usar los productos ORGANO™ tuve casi inmediatamente buenos resultados: me sentía y me veía mejor. La gente lo notaba y me preguntaba el porqué del cambio, yo le recomendaba simplemente el producto y allí empecé a construir mi negocio. El mío no fue pero un camino simple ya que cuanto más empezaba a tener ilusión de realizar mis sueños a través de este negocio, más dificultad tenía en conectar con las personas ya que soy sorda y con lo cual tenía muchas barreras. Además un obstáculo era representado del tiempo, ya que continuaba a trabajar en mi centro de belleza y esto no me ayudaba a crecer.
Lo que me ayudó a romper todas mis barreras y obstáculos fueron mis grandes porqués: mis hijos y mi sueño de crear una fundación dedicada a los niños sin recursos.
Empecé a trabajar media jornada turnando con mi empleada. Empecé a salir y a hablar de persona a persona para poder escucharla mejor y empecé a construir el negocio con mi equipo sordo. Fue un momento en el que hice muchos esfuerzos y sacrificios, pero al final valió la pena: firmé el día 12 de Marzo 2012 y logré calificarme Zafiro el 30 de enero 2013. Aunque puede representar bastante tiempo para la mayoría, os aseguro que para ser sorda me ha ido rápido. Tuve que luchar contra todos mis obstáculos sin entender nada, no podía participar a llamadas de líderes ni a sala online, solo podía leer los documentos de uno a uno, leer el libro de Napoleon Hill y otros que explicando fracasos y éxitos me ayudaron a crecer, a ser exitosa y ayudaron a mi crecimiento personal.
Desde 2012 hubo muchos altibajos, pero nunca me rendí porque ORGANO™ es mi negocio y quiero terminar lo que empecé. Amo los productos y mi profesión es ayudar a millones de personas a cambiar sus vidas y a ser felices.
¿Cuáles son tus tres consejos para el éxito?
-La actitud:
La actitud positiva es importante porque es valiente: no dejarse llevar por las malas noticias y los posibles obstáculos del camino es el primer paso. No importa si nuestra situación es difícil si tenemos la actitud de querer y poder cambiarla.
-Seguimientos:
Para tener éxito permanentemente es muy importantes hacer seguimientos, debemos enfocarnos en dar formaciones, reuniones con los Distribuidores partner, enseñar a ser líder, atención a clientes etc… Mimarlos a todos.
-Romper obstáculos:
Para ser Diamante hay que romper todas las dificultades, miedo y vergüenzas y dejar las malas influencias, aunque tengan buenas intenciones.
El destino es tuyo y tú misma creas tu historia. Hazlo con miedo, vergüenza y temor al No, te sirve a aprender y te superas.
¿Dónde ves tu futuro en ORGANO™?
Firmé el 12 de Marzo 2012 para llegar hasta el final, al rango de Corona Embajador. No importa ir lento, este es el camino que quiero hacer con ORGANO™ hasta el final de mis metas y si encontraré obstáculos en mi camino, seguiré rompiéndolos como una buena campeona que nunca abandona.
