Hello OG Family! We are Marta Pozsgai and Szilveszter Gyulai – Diamond Leaders at Organo from Hungary.
- How did you qualify for the OG Getaway 2019?
Marta: This is my 5th GETAWAY, so this is to prove that you can qualify for each dream trip consecutively!
Szilveszter: When Marta won the first GETAWAY, I realised that from now on I need to have OG GETAWAY in my daily focus, I made the decision to be there every time from that point on, and of course I did it!
- How was this experience important for the development of your and your team’s businesses?
Marta: I am so happy that I was able to take a friend or family member each time, which is just so important to me. Furthermore, my Team could see this! As a result it gave them such motivation, that the number of team members from Hungary qualifying for each OG GETAWAY has increased each time.
Szilveszter: I agree. I was also able to take my Family to destinations that I had on my bucket list, but did not know how to travel to otherwise.
- Which destination did you choose? Why was it a dream trip?
Marta: I chose Florida, simply because I love the US! I knew that the OG Unite North America would be in Orlando that year, and just wanted to feel that great energy that we always experience on these events!
Szilveszter: All of them are dream destinations and my family chose Mauritius. I thought that this trip would be a huge motivation for the team, as there was almost 60 of us going to this location!
- What advice would you give to those who want to qualify for the OG GETAWAY 2020?
Marta: All of the destinations are such a dream! Your motivation should be that once you win OG GETAWAY, you not only reach this one goal, but several. You get there by hard work, improving yourself as well as your Team!
Szilveszter: I agree, all locations are very attractive. To me winning my first one was the most difficult. How did I do it? Every single day I watched the video promoting OG GETAWAY, at the same time listening to some music that inspired me. This way, achieving OG GETAWAY was in my daily focus so I pushed myself to work for it every day! If this is your first one, just keep your focus and you will definitely have it!
