In November 2025, Kornelia achieved the prestigious Ruby Rank with Organo, a milestone that showcases her unwavering dedication, relentless energy and the passion that has driven her from the very beginning. Kornelia’s journey with Organo is not just a story of professional success, it’s a testament to how belief in oneself and a solid network of support can transform lives. The Spark that Started It All
At the age of 19, Kornelia was fresh out of high school, uncertain about what direction to take in life. Growing up in a family where both parents worked as employees, she initially thought she would follow the same path. However, like many young people, she soon realized that traditional jobs didn’t offer the financial freedom, time off, or vacations she longed for. She craved more, an opportunity to travel, earn a better income and gain the independence she desired.
When Kornelia first encountered Organo and tasted the coffee, it felt like an “aha” moment. “This is so simple—I can do this too,” she thought. It was a powerful realization that led to her decision to dive in. She was inspired by the possibility of recognition, financial rewards, travel, and the freedom to design her own life. In the ten years since joining, Kornelia has traveled to more than 20 countries, including Honduras, America, Canada, the Bahamas, Mexico and Barbados experiences she never imagined she could have.

Overcoming Self-Doubt to Embrace Leadership
One of the biggest hurdles Kornelia faced on her path to Ruby was overcoming self-doubt. “I had to believe that I, too, could be a leader,” she reflects. “I wasn’t sure if I was good enough at first.” However, Kornelia was surrounded by powerful mentors, including her Diamond leaders, Márta Pozsgai and Szilveszter Gyulai, who provided her with constant encouragement and affirmation. Their support helped Kornelia build the confidence she needed to step into her leadership role.
The Power of Purpose and Motivation
When asked what drives her to keep pushing through tough times, Kornelia is quick to highlight Organo’s potential to bring positive change to all areas of life. “There’s no better opportunity than Organo,” she says. “It brings the most good into the most areas of life.” For Kornelia, the impact of Organo goes far beyond business, it’s about improving lives, making connections, and creating lasting memories. This belief in the greater good fuels her daily determination to succeed.
A Shift in Mindset: From Action to Intentionality
Kornelia’s mindset has evolved significantly over the years. In the beginning, she focused on doing the basics: reaching out to people she knew, sharing the opportunity, and gradually building a customer and partner base. However, as she advanced in her journey, her approach became more intentional. Kornelia now actively seeks out individuals who are hungry for success, action-oriented, coachable, and aligned with her values. She understands the importance of attracting the right people to her business—those who are not only driven but also enjoyable to work with.
“It’s not just about finding people, it’s about finding the right people,” Kornelia emphasizes.
The Role of Teamwork in Reaching Ruby
Kornelia credits much of her success to her incredible team. “My team is amazing. With true collaboration, we reached Ruby,” she says. Her leadership is centered around the belief that everyone has the potential to grow and move forward. During the month they achieved Ruby, Kornelia witnessed each team member making strides toward their personal goals, and she made sure to keep them motivated and focused on the bigger picture.
“I love planting the seed in my team that they are capable of more. I already see them at the next rank in my mind’s eye, and I tell them that too,” Kornelia shares. Her ability to inspire and uplift her team members is a key part of her success, and it’s this mindset of constant growth that helps propel them all toward their collective goals.
Looking Ahead: Emerald and Beyond
Now that she has reached Ruby, Kornelia is not slowing down. Her next goal is to achieve Emerald rank within the next 90 days, and within three years, she aspires to become a Diamond leader with Organo.
“I dream of building a joyful team where people are healthy, travel the world, and earn great money,” Kornelia explains. “I absolutely love this life!”
Her commitment to her personal growth, her team’s success, and the future of Organo is evident in everything she does.
