Janice Moreira Fernandes is a French Distribution Partner living in Paris that met ORGANO™ seven years ago. She is a lifetime Sapphire and 48 Star Achiever in October of this year. Being a Star Achiever, means to accumulate a total of 450 points or more every month by retail customer orders combined with personal product orders and Janice has reached this objective from four long years.
We interviewed Janice and made her some questions about her business to know what the secret of her success is.
Janice, what did you do before working with ORGANO™?
I own a restaurant of homemade food and grill and started the Organo business at the end of September 2013 thanks to my friend and super sponsor Welles Soares Fortes, a Ruby of Organo living in Rome. He sent me a video about what it is Ganoderma and the marketing plan, and I just grab the great opportunity that he offered me. I became a customer and Distribution Partner at the same time.
How did you start being a STAR ACHIEVER?
I started doing some meeting with friends in my house, known as Coffee club, sharing these great hot beverages around a homemade cake. I created a good and friendly atmosphere; I did not even feel like I was working!
In one week, I sold many products and I saw great results.
That’s why I started to talk about the Ganoderma to as many people I could. Lots of them became clients or Distribution partners because they trusted me; they tried the products and liked them a lot. They still buying products since then every month. This is how I became a Star Achiever for all these years.
What are the three best advises you could give to a new Distribution Partner to be successful?
1) Believe in yourself: always say yes I can, never give up!
2) Believe in the products. Be THE opportunity to the people you meet.
3) Be always positive and enthusiastic no matter the situation, because you will face obstacles in this adventure.
Don’t worry, the Ganoderma do the job, you just have to talk about it and get paid.
Where do you see your future at ORGANO™?
My goal for the future in Organo is going beyond the frontiers and become a Diamond because everybody in the world needs to discover these wonderful products.

Janice, cosa facevi prima di lavorare con ORGANO™?
Ho un ristorante di cucina fatta in casa e ho iniziato l’attività con Organo alla fine di settembre del 2013 grazie al mio amico e super sponsor Welles Soares Fortes, un Rubino di Organo che vive a Roma. Mi ha mandato un video sul Ganoderma e sul piano di marketing, e ho colto al volo la grande opportunità che mi ha offerto. Sono diventata allo stesso tempo cliente e Incaricata Partner.
Come hai iniziato ad essere una STAR ACHIEVER?
Ho iniziato a fare qualche riunione con gli amici a casa, conosciute come Coffee club, condividendo queste ottime bevande calde attorno a una torta fatta in casa. Ho creato un’atmosfera piacevole e amichevole, non mi sembrava nemmeno di lavorare!
In una settimana ho venduto tanti prodotti e ho visto ottimi risultati. Ecco perché ho iniziato a parlare del Ganoderma a quante più persone potevo. Molti di loro sono diventati clienti o Incaricati partner perché si sono fidati di me, hanno provato i prodotti e li hanno molto apprezzati. Da allora continuano ad acquistare prodotti ogni mese. È così che sono diventata uno Star Achiever in tutti questi anni.
Quali sono i tre migliori consigli che potresti dare a un nuovo Incaricato partner per avere successo?
1) Credi in te stesso: dì sempre a te stesso che puoi farcela e non mollare mai!
2) Credi nei prodotti. Sii L’opportunità per le persone che incontri.
3) Sii sempre positivo ed entusiasta a prescindere dalla situazione, perché dovrai affrontare diversi ostacoli in questa avventura.
Non preoccuparti, i Ganoderma fa il lavoro, tu devi solo parlarne e farti pagare.
Dove vedi il tuo futuro in ORGANO™?
Il mio obiettivo futuro in Organo è andare oltre qualsiasi frontiera e diventare un Diamante perché tutti nel mondo hanno bisogno di scoprire questi meravigliosi prodotti.

Janice, ¿qué hacías antes de trabajar con ORGANO™?
Tengo un restaurante casero y comencé el negocio con Organo a finales de septiembre de 2013 gracias a mi amigo y super patrocinador Welles Soares Fortes, un Ruby de Organo que vive en Roma. Me envió un video sobre el Ganoderma y el plan de marketing, y aproveché la gran oportunidad que me ofreció. Me convertí en cliente y distribuidor al mismo tiempo.
¿Cómo empezaste a ser un STAR ACHIEVER?
Comencé a tener algunas reuniones con amigos en casa, conocido como el club del café, compartiendo estas excelentes bebidas calientes alrededor de un pastel casero. Creé una atmósfera agradable y amigable, ¡ni siquiera se sentía como si estuviera trabajando!
En una semana he vendido muchos productos y he visto excelentes resultados. Por eso comencé a hablar sobre el Ganoderma con tanta gente como pude. Muchos de ellos se convirtieron en clientes o Distribuidores porque confiaron en mí, probaron los productos y los disfrutaron mucho. Desde entonces, han seguido comprando productos todos los meses. Así es como me he convertido en una Star Achiever todos estos años.
¿Cuáles son los tres consejos principales que le podría dar a un nuevo Socio Distribuidor para tener éxito?
1) Cree en ti mismo: ¡puedes hacerlo y nunca te rindas!
2) Cree en los productos. Sea la oportunidad para las personas que conoce.
3) Sea siempre positivo y entusiasta independientemente de la situación, ya que tendrá que enfrentarse a varios obstáculos en esta aventura.
No se preocupe, el Ganoderma hace el trabajo, solo tiene que hablar de ello y que le paguen.
¿Dónde ve su futuro en ORGANO™?
Mi objetivo futuro en Organo es ir más allá de todas las fronteras y convertirme en Diamante porque todo el mundo necesita descubrir estos maravillosos productos.
