Angela Carbotti and Antonio Tagliente are Independent Distribution Partner with ORGANO™ from the enchanting southern Italy, from the province of Taranto. They met ORGANO™ in 2013 thanks to a friend and immediately felt in love with the products and the simplicity of the business. They started to collaborate with the Company after attending to a big event in Rome and since then they started with the construction of their business.
Today Angela and Antonio are ORGANO™ Sapphires and 70 Star Achiever in August 2020.

We asked Angela and Antonio how they build their business.
We believe that to be successful you have to believe in it and be the product of the product. You have to be engaged and you need to have the willing to learn. You have to keep it simple. A very important thing is to be aware that we have in our hands the most consumed drink in the world after water, that people do not have to change their habits to feel better and that everyone can order on the Internet to get the cheapest products. Over the years we have understood that you just have to inform people and that there are two opportunities: doing the business or trying the product. We have invited many people over for an Organo™ Coffee Mixer. Inevitably, people liked the products and everyone wanted to leave with some boxes in their hands.
And this is where the construction of the company begins. Indeed, some are interested in doing the same thing, replicating the business and presenting the product, because they are pleasant encounters, and what could be nicer than presenting Organo Ganoderma (the best in the world) to people we know or that we don’t know? So, regardless of this, we understand that we need to offer the product 100% to the people we meet. Indeed, this becomes easy and indeed it is: it is easy, it is simple, it is coffee.
What are your three tips to create a successful business?
The most important thing is to BELIEVE, believe in your success and even if it is a bit “paradoxical”, it is not necessary to do the activity with the aim of creating a profit but with the aim of sharing the products and inevitably the profits will come. This is because we experience the product from the inside, the intention comes from the heart and you can help others. Organo is an amazing business opportunity! It is important to be enthusiastic and with Ganoderma, of course we are.
The second tip is to set a goal, we must keep this in mind and never give up. If we have dreams, we must keep them in mind despite all obstacles. PERSEVERANCE is a key word for success.
The third tip is that you must inform as many people as possible so that they can discover all the benefits of Ganoderma! And for all those who want to change their life, in terms of well-being and income.
Where do you see your future with Organo™?
From day one I have always had the same goal in my mind and no matter how long it takes, I want to achieve it. One day I want to be at the Diamond table.
Antonio continues by saying: “I have achieved my first goal: to be free and freedom is priceless. I will do everything to develop the business because I am sure that there is great potential in our country and even though there are many Network Marketing companies, I personally think that none have the potential that Organo offers us. We have a simple product and even without developing it on a large scale, today everyone can at least consume their favourite hot drinks for free and why not, have a little extra income. Everyone can make their own choice. We have made ours.

Domandiamo ad Angela e Antonio cosa li ha spinti a costruire la loro attivitá.
Crediamo che per avere successo devi crederci e essere prodotto del prodotto. Devi essere accattivante e voler imparare. Devi fare le cose semplici. Una cosa molto importante è essere consapevoli che abbiamo tra le mani la bevanda più consumata al mondo dopo l’acqua, che le persone non devono cambiare le loro abitudini per sentirsi meglio e che tutti possono ordinare su Internet per avere i prodotti più economici. In questi anni abbiamo capito che devi solo informare le persone e che ci sono due opportunità: fare il business o provare il prodotto. Abbiamo invitato tante persone a casa per un Organo™ Coffee Mixer. Inevitabilmente alla gente sono piaciuti i prodotti e tutti volevano andarsene con alcune scatole sotto braccio.
Ed è qui che inizia la costruzione dell’azienda. In effetti, alcuni sono interessati a fare la stessa cosa, a replicare il business e presentare il prodotto, perché sono incontri piacevoli, e cosa potrebbe esserci di più bello che presentare il Ganoderma di Organo (il migliore al mondo) a persone che conosciamo o che non conosciamo? Quindi, indipendentemente da ciò, abbiamo capito che bisogna proporre il prodotto al 100% alle persone che incontriamo. Effettivamente cosi diventa facile ed in effetti lo è: è facile, è semplice, è caffè.
Quali sono i vostri tre consigli per creare un’attività di successo?
Il primo consiglio che daremo è di CREDERE, credere nel tuo successo e anche se è un po “paradossale”, non è necessario fare l’attività con il fine di creare un guadagno ma con il fine di condividere i prodotti ed inevitabilmente i guadagni arriveranno. Questo perché viviamo il prodotto dall’interno, l’intenzione viene dal cuore e devi voler aiutare gli altri. Organo è una straordinaria opportunità commerciale! E’ importante essere entusiastasti e con il Ganoderma, lo siamo naturalmente.
Il secondo consiglio è fissare un obiettivo, dobbiamo tenerlo a mente e non mollare mai. Se abbiamo dei sogni, dobbiamo tenerli a mente nonostante tutti gli ostacoli. PERSEVERANZA è una parola chiave per il successo.
Il terzo consiglio è che devi informare quante più persone possibile in modo che possano scoprire tutti i vantaggi del Ganoderma! E per tutti coloro che vogliono cambiare la propria vita, in termini di benessere e guadagno.
Dove vedete il vostro futuro con ORGANO™?
Fin dal primo giorno ho sempre avuto lo stesso obiettivo nella mia mente e non importa quanto tempo ci vorrà, voglio raggiungerlo. Un giorno voglio essere al tavolo dei Diamanti.
Antonio continua dicendo: “Ho raggiunto il mio primo obiettivo: essere libero e la libertà non ha prezzo. Farò di tutto per sviluppare il business perché sono sicuro che ci sia un grande potenziale nel nostro Paese e anche se ci sono molte società di Network Marketing, penso personalmente che nessuna abbia il potenziale che Organo ci offre. Abbiamo un prodotto semplice e anche senza svilupparlo su larga scala, oggi tutti possono almeno consumare le loro bevande calde preferite gratuitamente e perché no, avere un piccolo reddito extra. Ognuno può fare la propria scelta. Noi abbiamo fatto la nostra.

Les preguntamos a Ángela y Antonio como construyeron su negocio.
Creemos que para tener éxito hay que creer en ello y ser producto del producto. Tienes que ser atractivo y querer aprender. Tienes que mantenerlo simple. Una cosa muy importante es ser conscientes de que tenemos en nuestras manos la bebida más consumida del mundo después del agua, que la gente no tiene que cambiar sus hábitos para sentirse mejor y que todo el mundo puede pedir en Internet para conseguir los productos más baratos. Con los años hemos entendido que solo hay que informar a la gente y que hay dos oportunidades: hacer el negocio o probar el producto. Hemos invitado a muchas personas a participar a los Coffee Mixer de Organo™. Inevitablemente, a la gente le gustan los productos y todos quieren irse con algunas cajas en las manos.
Y aquí es adonde comienza la construcción de la empresa. De hecho, algunos están interesados en hacer lo mismo, replicar el negocio y presentar el producto, porque son encuentros agradables, y qué podría ser más lindo que presentar el Ganoderma de Organo (el mejor del mundo) a personas que conocemos o que no conocemos. Entonces, independientemente de esto, entendimos que debemos ofrecer el producto al 100% a las personas. Así es como realmente se vuelve fácil y de hecho lo es: es fácil, es simple, es café.
¿Cuáles son sus tres consejos para crear un negocio exitoso?
El primer consejo que daremos es CREER, creer en tu éxito y aunque sea un poco “paradójico”, no es necesario hacer la actividad con el objetivo de generar un beneficio sino con el objetivo de compartir los productos e inevitablemente los beneficios vendrán. Esto se debe a que experimentamos el producto desde adentro, la intención viene del corazón y hay que querer ayudar a los demás. ¡Organo es una oportunidad de negocio increíble! Es importante estar entusiasmados y con el Ganoderma, por supuesto que lo somos.
El segundo consejo es establecer una meta, debemos tener esto en cuenta y nunca rendirnos. Si tenemos sueños, debemos tenerlos en cuenta a pesar de todos los obstáculos. PERSEVERANCIA es una palabra clave para el éxito.
El tercer consejo es que debes informar a la mayor cantidad de gente posible para que puedan descubrir todos los beneficios del Ganoderma. Y para todos aquellos que quieran cambiar de vida, en términos de bienestar e ingresos.
¿Dónde ves tu futuro con ORGANO™?
Desde el primer día siempre he tenido el mismo objetivo en mi mente y no importa cuánto tiempo llevaré, quiero lograrlo. Un día quiero estar en la mesa de los Diamantes.
Antonio continúa diciendo: “He logrado mi primer objetivo: ser libre y la libertad no tiene precio. Haré todo lo posible para desarrollar el negocio porque estoy seguro que hay un gran potencial en nuestro país y aunque hay muchas empresas de Network Marketing, personalmente creo que ninguna tiene el potencial que nos ofrece Organo. Tenemos un producto sencillo e incluso sin desarrollarlo a gran escala, hoy todos pueden al menos consumir sus bebidas calientes favoritas de forma gratuita y por qué no, tener un poco de ingresos extra. Todos pueden hacer su propia elección. Hemos hecho el nuestro.
