Aaron Testera Vega was born in Barcelona from a family in El Bierzo region, León (Spain). Since he was a little boy, he wanted to work as a cook and he did it after studying for 6 years. He started in Organo in 2014 and became Platinum Consultant with 69 Star Achiever in July 2020.
What did you do before working with ORGANO™?
I have been working in the kitchen for over 20 years. It is a job that I really like. I see it as a way of serving and giving value to people for them to enjoy their moments of leisure.
I have always looked for activities or jobs to earn extra money. In July 2014 a friend of mine, who I had not seen for more than 10 years, contacted me and offered me a coffee. What a surprise was that she invited me to drink an Organo’s Coffee Black.
I loved the taste and the fact that it was a Gourmet product. The same day, she explained to me how the business worked and I saw that it was a way to earn extra money, helping other people to do the same with a cup of coffee.
What is the reason of you being STAR ACHIEVER during these years?
The reason is simple, it is not to get stuck with 4 – 5 people who consume our products. The idea is to bring the treasures of the earth to the people of the world.
Talk and recommend the product to many people, so you are more likely to reach more people who can buy from you.
When people try it, they fall in love with the product and on many occasions they also start recommending it.
How did you do it? How did you build your business?
After 4 months from the day I started, I was already 1 Star Achiever. For me it was a way to start growing in the company and a way to set my goals. As a result, I achieved the Platinum rank with my team. The idea is to teach anyone who wants or is looking for the opportunity to grow in life to do the same.
When you make a positive recommendation of a product, whatever it is, it is easier to sell it. I do not like to sell, but I like to recommend it. And so for 6 years in a row and the best, is yet to come.
What are your three tips for success?
If you want to reach your goals it takes perseverance, persistence and attitude and it is important to continue until you meet and exceed your goals. You can train yourself by reading books, listening to audios, connecting to the system.

Where do you see your future at ORGANO™?
Reaching the highest goal. If you can believe it, you can create it. I see myself picking up the Diamond sword, helping my team grow.

Aaron Testera Vega nasce a Barcellona da una famiglia della regione di El Bierzo, a León in Spagna e sin da piccolo voleva dedicarsi al mondo dell’ospitalità, in particolare a quello della cucina. Per 6 anni ha studiato alla scuola di cucina dove ha imparato questo mestiere. Nel 2014 inizia la sua attività con Organo e diventa Consulente Platinum con 69 Star Achiever nel luglio 2020.
Cosa hai fatto prima di conoscere ORGANO™?
Prima di conoscere Organo ho lavorato in cucina per 20 anni. Questo è un lavoro che mi piace molto. Lo vedo come un modo di contribuire e di dare valore alle persone affinché siano felici nei loro momenti di riposo.
Ho sempre cercato attività o lavori per guadagnare un’extra. Fino a che a luglio del 2014 un’amica che non vedevo da 10 anni mi ha chiamato per prenderci un caffè insieme. La sorpresa è stata che mi ha offerto un Caffè Nero Organo.
Ho adorato il gusto del caffè ed il fatto che fosse un prodotto Gourmet. Lo stesso giorno, mi ha spiegato come funzionava l’attività e ho visto che era un modo per guadagnare un’extra, aiutando altre persone a fare lo stesso semplicemente con una tazza di caffè.
Qual è il motivo per cui sei stato uno STAR ACHIEVER in questi anni?
Il motivo è semplice, non volevo proporre i nostri prodotti solo a 4 o 5 persone. L’idea è quella di portare i tesori della terra ai popoli del mondo.
Se parli del prodotto e lo consigli a molte persone, è più probabile che tu raggiunga più persone che possano poi acquistarlo da te.
Quando le persone lo provano, si innamorano del prodotto ed in molte occasioni iniziano anche a consigliarlo.
Come hai fatto? Come hai costruito la tua attività?
Dopo 4 mesi dall’inizio ho raggiunto il mio primo 1 Star Achiever. Per me è stato un modo per iniziare a crescere e per fissare obiettivi da raggiungere. Di conseguenza ho raggiunto la qualifica di Consulente Platinum con la mia squadra. L’idea è di dare un’opportunità a chiunque voglia afferrarla.
Quando fai una raccomandazione positiva su un prodotto, qualunque esso sia, è più facile venderlo. Non mi piace vendere, ma di certo mi piace consigliare. E così ho fatto per 6 anni consecutivi ed il meglio deve ancora arrivare.
Quali sono i tuoi tre consigli per il successo?
Ci vuole perseveranza, tenacia e attitudine. Bisogna continuare fino a quando non si arriva a superare i propri obiettivi. Puoi allenarti leggendo libri, ascoltando audio, connettendoti al sistema.

Dove vedi il tuo futuro in ORGANO™?
Voglio raggiungere l’obiettivo più alto. Se riesci a crederci, puoi farlo. Mi vedo nella qualifica di Diamante e voglio aiutare la mia squadra a crescere.
Nessuno ha detto che sarebbe stato facile. Abbiamo un ottimo prodotto, una grande leadership, una grande azienda e tutti gli strumenti necessari. Ora bisogna solo farlo.

Aaron Testera Vega nació en Barcelona de una familia de la comarca de El Bierzo, en León (España) y desde que era pequeño tuvo la pasión de dedicarse a la hostelería, en especial al mundo de la cocina. Durante 6 años estudió en la escuela de cocina donde aprendió este oficio. Empezó en Organo en 2014 y llego a ser Consultor Platinum con 69 Star Achiever en Julio de 2020.
¿Qué hiciste antes de trabajar con ORGANO™?
Me dedico a la cocina desde hace ya 20 años. Es un oficio que me gusta mucho. Lo veo como una forma de servir y dar valor a la gente y que disfruten de sus momentos de descanso.
Siempre he buscado actividades o trabajos para ganar un dinero extra. Hasta que en Julio de 2014 una amiga, que no veía desde hacía 10 años, me llamó por teléfono para vernos y tomar un café. La sorpresa fue que me invitó a un Café Negro de Organo.
Me encantó el sabor y el hecho de que fuera un producto Gourmet. El mismo día, me explicó cómo funcionaba el negocio y vi que era una manera de ganar un dinero extra, ayudando a otras personas a hacer lo mismo mediante una taza de café.
¿Cuál es la razón por la que eres un STAR ACHIEVER durante estos años?
La razón es sencilla, es no quedarme estancado en 4 – 5 personas que consuman nuestros productos. La idea es llevar los tesoros de la tierra a la gente del mundo.
Hablar y recomendar el producto a mucha gente, así tienes más probabilidad de llegar a más personas y que también te pueda comprar.
La gente cuando lo prueba, se enamora del producto y en muchas ocasiones ya empiezan también a recomendarlo.
¿Cómo lo hiciste? ¿Cómo construiste tu negocio?
A los 4 meses de empezar, ya hice mi 1 Star Achiever, fue una manera de empezar a crecer en la empresa y de marcarme objetivos. Y a raíz de ahí, conseguí con mi equipo el rango de Platinum. La idea es enseñar a hacer lo mismo a cualquier persona que quiera o que busque la oportunidad de crecer en la vida.
Cuando tú haces una recomendación positiva de un producto, sea cual sea, es más fácil venderlo. A mí no me gusta vender, pero recomendar sí. Y así durante 6 años seguidos y lo mejor está por llegar.
¿Cuáles son tus tres consejos para el éxito?
Se necesita constancia, persistencia y actitud y seguir hasta cumplir y superar tus objetivos. Puedes formarte leyendo libros, escuchando audios, conectándote al sistema.

¿Dónde ves tu futuro en ORGANO™?
Llegando al objetivo más alto. Si lo puedes creer, lo puedes lograr. Me veo recogiendo la espada de diamante, ayudando a mi equipo a crecer.
Nadie dijo que era fácil. Tenemos un gran producto, un gran liderazgo, una gran empresa, las herramientas necesarias. Sólo falta hacerlo.
