“Everyone in my team knows that they are capable of more,” Katalin says. “I’ve always made sureto keep them motivated and focused on what’s next. And I truly believe in them, so they believe in themselves.”

Katalin’s journey is far from over. As a Sapphire, she has achieved great success, but she has no intention of stopping there. Her goals are set high, and she’s ready to continue growing, both personally and with her team.
“I’m planning long-term with ORGANO®,” Katalin shares. “I want to continue developing my existing team and build a sustainable, successful business with them. My vision is to keep growing and help others grow, too.”
